• Take I-10 Freeway West to the 4th/5th. St. Exit.
• Follow signs for 4th. St. & turn left on 4th. St. and go to third stoplight (Pico Blvd.).
• Turn right onto Pico Blvd. and go to next stop light (Main St.).
• Turn right on Main St. and go approximately 500 ft. to entrance to Civic Auditorium
• Parking Lot.  Auditorium parking is $8.00.

From Downtown LA:

• Go West on the I-10 Freeway to the 4th/5th St. Exit.

From the North on Ocean Avenue:

• Go South on Ocean Avenue to Pico Blvd.& turn left onto Pico Blvd.

• Go approximately 500 ft. to entrance to Civic Auditorium Parking Lot.  
• Auditorium parking is $8.00.

From the North on Pacific Coast Highway:

• Go south on Pacific Coast Highway past the California Incline. & look for signs for Ocean Ave. Follow signs for Ocean Avenue & turn right onto Ocean Ave.
• Proceed to Pico Blvd. & turn left onto Pico Blvd.
• Go to Main St. & turn left onto Main St.
• Go approximately 500 ft. to entrance to Civic Auditorium Parking Lot.  
• Auditorium parking is $8.00.

From LAX:

• Exiting LAX follow signs "Sepulveda North" to "Lincoln Blvd. North."
• Take Lincoln Blvd. North (approx. 7.5 miles) to Pico Blvd. and turn left onto Pico Blvd.
• Go to Main St. & turn right onto Main St.
• Go approximately 500 ft. to entrance to Civic Auditorium Parking Lot.  
• Auditorium parking is $8.00.

"LEED for Homes"

LEED for Homes is an established set of guidelines for homebuilders who want to be leaders in the green homes market. Officially introduced in November of 2007, LEED for Homes can be used for everything from gut rehab projects to new construction and encourages innovation, smart site planning and water management, durability, and energy efficiency. This session aims to help homebuilders more fully understand LEED for Homes and design and construction strategies associated with the credits within the program.
AIA and CID continuing education credits are available for this workshop.
